No corned beef here - gonna make a Lamb-stuffed Cabbage Rolls recipe I found which they make with a red wine demi-glace - I. however, am gonna make my sauce with a homebrewed Porter.

Shrimp were done for about 40 mins at 135 with salt, pepper, baking soda, a pinch of red pepper flakes and olive oil.

And I did the coconut cream cheese flan this morning early and served it tonight. No doubt the best flan I have ever cooked. Thanks to who ever posted it here. My go to flan recipe now after having tried many!!
