Actually like this @camonick. Good choice. Once made an accidental Jalapeno PA. Used the same bucket to ferment as the previous batch which was a Jalapeno Hard Limeade. Guess I didn't get all the oils out. The JPA was delicious.

It's Microsoft FS2020. Never piloted but going back and forth to the grandparents every summer as a kid made me a fan of flying. There are some YouTube videos with folks that have way better systems then mine that can set up incredible graphics if you ever have time till.

Thank you both. For my first try at that style, I’m happy to hear it is enjoyable. My brother said it isn’t as banana-y as most he’s had, but I was trying to keep that at a minimum because I’m not terribly crazy about banana flavor. I think the homemade sauergut definitely plays well in there.

Which yeast did you use? I liked WLP300 but SoCo was out so opted with Wyeast3068.

I was recently informed that Pilsner Urquell has changed from green to amber bottles. I never liked it despite many folks raving about what a great example of a Czech Pilsner it is, being the “original” and all. It is much more enjoyable now and a completely different beer IMO.

Dark beers for me today. HB smoked porter (top, not that it matters!) and HB chocolate stout.

HB Wheat ale. Approximately 50% Wheat, 20% US two row, 16% Munich, 9% Rye, and 4% Maltodextrin. What makes this beer interesting (to me anyway) is that I needed to make a lot of beer in a short time. (Basement being redone.) So I made 16.5 gallons of this in my 10 gallon pot; partial mash/top-off method. Another interesting thing about this beer is that it's quite good.
Drinking the Nottingham batch now. Haven't tried the others, Munich and Verdant. Two pics. One outside at dusk. One inside with flash. (I 'm guessing TMI)

Agreed! They and maybe Ghost in the Machine are the couple brews I only ISO from Tavour. How I end up spending $300 is beyond me..??
