Well, I admit to not being a glassware snob, but when brewing in the garage, if my beer gets knocked over, I only have to clean up spilled beer, not broken glass.

I use a tulip (I think that's what it's called) for everything. I almost had a knock-down-drag-out with my nephew when I implied it's not important to put an IPA in some particular of glass or another. I backed off when I saw which way the wind was blowing.
I will say, to appreciate a beer, it's important to get it out of the bottle. The bottle isn't the worst but you do miss some of the nice smells.

Now a HB Helles. The picture doesn’t quite do it justice but this beer has dropped clear as it can possibly get. It just keeps getting better and I’ll be sad when this one kicks.
