Yeah I agree, just kills me sometimes it's 5$ for 5 oz then full pours for what 8$? Guess I'm just bored and bitching :)

Ok...so now on to our friends up north sinice no one in Ohio has seen any in about a year or more. Is any 3F oude geuze floating around anwhere? Since the last time I had any I've grown an appreciation for the style and really need to get a cellar started. Pretty please?

(Sorry about last weekend. And the 29th. Maybe the wolverines will get Harbaugh next year though.)

I honestly cannot remember the last time I saw 3F on the shelf anywhere in Michigan. We finally got Tilquin (back) though! Woo!

Lets hope this dissuades lines haha. I'll still make a handful of KRE purchases as I usually do. But dropping over a g on something like KRE? crazy.
I assume anyone buying 3 cases is muling for people. If you have a large group of people that want it, I could see where someone could purchase upwards of 30 bottles.

Yea i guess this solves the muling for muling problem too. 3000 bottles should last the day right?

I honestly liked it. What's so terrible about it?

Completely unbalanced: Needed WAY more chocolate malt, still thin for a BA Stout, and any and all possibility of flavor was trumped by the habanero at the end...Obviously this is just my opinion, but I don't see how people like this beer (and don't get me started about the base beer which is even worse).

Thin. Every flavor is thin, the mouthfeel is thin, I just thought it was one boring beer.

Fair enough. Different ppl diff taste.

Going to miss the actual Solstice party but will getting into town the next day. Gotta get my Dean Ween fix at Shorts on Saturday.
I'm sure there will be plenty of treats on tap still.
Will be in the metro area until that following Saturday or Sunday if anyone wants to meet up and do some crushin'.

Kuhnhenn facebook said first people there at 6am.

Glad to hear there is some left. I'm out of town but may stop in tomorrow. Does anyone know if it is on draft?

I rolled by there at 10 thinking there would be a **** show. Saw about 50 in line so I parked and was in and out with what I needed by 11:30. Must have been very deflating to the guys up front that stood in the cold so long.
