Lucky... mine are always still. Tasty but completely flat except for an '09 I was lucky to taste a while back. What was the vintage on that one?

They're supposed to be still though. A carbonated one is definitely an anomaly.

Yeah I've come to expect it, but I have to say I preferred the '09 bottle to both the '12 and '15. Was absolutely incredible.

Saw that this morning. Total rip off @ €60. You can pick those up in pretty much any decent bottleshop in Europe at around €15 each or less.
I usually pay 9 for the Gueuze and 11 for Kriek/Gambrinus.

New batch of Namur. Having revisited 2014-15 a few pages back it's pretty clear this is one to drink fresh.

Was 1pp at my local spot and sold out instantly so looks like that nonsense has finally hit the UK.

This bottle of Zomer was absolute perfection. Maybe the most complex earthy mineral funk/must flavors I've experienced, depth for days.

Next week 3F will launch 'Cuvée Armand & Gaston', which will be an 100% 3F blend. The old lambic used was one of the first brews on the new installation. According to them, it has the character Armand and Gaston always had in mind. Will be available in 375 and 750! Excited!

My local place is untouched by lambic fans. Going by the neighbourhood facebook beer group your general aussie beer lover is still all gooey about tons of local garbage that's on the shelves there. Meanwhile there is 3F Kriek, Cantillon Gueuze, Tilquin, and a few more great randoms turding it up.

The sad thing is I'm broke beyond belief. The good thing is, I know they'll probably be there in a month's time when I have money again.

In actuality, I believe it is a 2012/2013 based on when I bought it.

I went for the BIAB tasting pack last week (or whenever it was) with the Vig, Lam, Fou, sue me. This is actually quite tasty....but I also think I can grab this at places around here, so its an especially poor value....zfg.

I have a 15 month old daughter, I hear that song on the children's pandora station almost every morning. Thankfully there wasn't any banana lambic in the box, otherwise I'd have to try this.

I had banana lambic once. I was...awful.

No banana lambic in the tasting box, but there was Peach lambic! Another one I'm pretty sure I've seen in area shops. Again, really not terrible at all. But more like a peach flavored soda than what I think of as "lambic".

A bottle store here is doing a ballot system for loons. Just gueuze, kriek or RDG... they did it last year too. My mate won a bottle then saw the price was 10 bucks more than everywhere else.

This year they've also decided to include Ruilqin. I'm pretty sure they still have bottles of the last batch on shelves. Or they did a couple of months ago. This is very unnecessary and annoying.

I had a Golden Blend recently, I'd highly recommend picking up a couple of bottles if you can it's really quite delicious.
