It wasn't funny the first time, but maybe repetition will change that.

SeaWatchman When will you be adding a write up on Upland's Persimmon lambic? I couldn't find it anywhere. I'm sure tosh is interested in this information as well.
It's done so often I'm not sure it's ever going to be funny again...
Can we just agree to move all of these #notlambic jokes into the lambic.info thread? Dumping them all on SeaWatchman seems only fair.It wasn't funny the first time, won't stop it from happening time and time again.

My bad, I thought that's where I had put it.
De Cam
Any other way to identify these?
About all I know is the ones I have that have 2003 striked out are not 2003.Quick question - I've got a few bottles of De Cam Oude Lambiek sitting around. I know one of them is an '03, while the other 2 are '12 bottles. With that said, all 3 bottles have MMIII in the lower right-hand corner of the front label. I'd imagine this means 2003, but I'm absolutely positive I don't have 3x '03 bottles. Any other way to identify these? Don't know if it matters, but I bought all of these in the US. The '03 maybe about 6 or so years ago, the '12s much more recently. The only difference I can tell between the bottles is some of them seems to have a clear plastic-esque label over the original label.
What about the ones that say 2015 on the cage?Seems safest to assume that every De Cam bottle is from 2012.

I had a 2013-2014 bottle tonight and it was probably the best bottle of quetsche I've had. Very little carb, but the taste was just perfectly tart. I'm normally in the gueuze>fruit camp, but this one really made me reconsider. Pretty bummed that it's going to be harder to get Tilquin online, particularly with Mure and Squared coming out again.
Has the new batch of Tilquin Squared been released? This batch was lazy not overcarbed before rebarreling, correct? Wondering what sort of difference that will make.
Why always when I leave for the StatesNext week 3F will launch 'Cuvée Armand & Gaston', which will be an 100% 3F blend. The old lambic used was one of the first brews on the new installation. According to them, it has the character Armand and Gaston always had in mind. Will be available in 375 and 750! Excited!
any indication on it being distributed or brewery only?Next week 3F will launch 'Cuvée Armand & Gaston', which will be an 100% 3F blend.
