It’s good to have a group message with your friends going for situations like this. I’ve never been to More but I’ll be stopping there Friday on my way to VSOJ thanks to this bottle release. It went super smooth for 5 minutes then not so much.

You have a better group than me. I was the only one to see it. No one was on top of it. Whoops! Def excited about the revo releases at least!

no more lines with helicopters through the suburbs?
One of the guys in our group helps at More for special releases and said last weekend for the stout cans that a legit 400+ lb dude went to his car and changed t-shirts like no one was going to notice him because of that. I guess it was a special place to be on Friday.

I couldn't pass up buying a pre-paid ticket for one beer that I have 9 days to pick up. It was a pretty solid beer as of 3 weeks ago. He brought a sample bottle to Niche when we had that big anniversary share I posted on here about. He's also a nice guy so I don't mind giving him $25. I've given more for worse beers. The 4 pack adjunct milk stout variant thing that Half Acre released a few weeks ago was a damn mess for $20. Didn't finish even one can.

Ohhh I thought it was the old faux-reservation that they used before that required mass hysteria in the suburbs. This seems a bit more logical. I ain’t slightin em, it ain’t my thing but some other beers I had there were pretty good. Their chicken sandwich I found to be top of the pops. i feel like i'm going to have to start loving big brother and start making unfermented brownie batter and american generic haze though if i ever want middle brow to make some money. dry-hopped brett beers, a sure fire way to be the fugazi to more's 21 pilots.

I went to the HA thing to meet up with a friend. His table bought the 4-oz flight and they were glad for it - I had a sip or two of each and that was enough. Most home brew is better than those.

I went once, never again...their indian food was better than the beers.

Their pilsner was awful - so many disjointed off flavors
Hazy Ipas were alright but not great.
Overall selection was dissapointing and lacking in choices
Even their regular porter was too sweet

Speaking of, when is beeraficionado going to give us deets on that TB expedited line that we all agreed upon here without him?

You think if we just string up that bottle of BA More stout that I preordered and lay out a bunch of ladders the line will all go fight Money in the Bank style and we can slide past to buy allocations right away?

I wasn’t impressed with More’s beer. I have been told to go back for the hot chicken, but I honestly don’t care for them one way or another. They seem to attract a certain fan.
We are in agreement. Food is the best part about that place. I’ve tried a variety of their beers over the course of a few visits and nothing impressed me. For a brewery known for their stouts and haze it’s kinda sad when their best beer was a festbier.

I did my part by getting someone to shotgun a Henna from last week’s can release in exchange for a mead. Entertainment value was worth giving up honey water.

Are a lot of people in this group going to Far & Away fest tomorrow? There are some absolutely absurd beers (Maman, Derivation, Vanilla Benthic, Velvet, SpontanDoubleRaspberry to name a few), but $93 for a ticket after taxes and fees is expensive enough to make me hesitate. I know all of these amazing nationwide ipas will probably not be at fobab next month, but wondering how many of the other heavyweights will overlap at both events.

Would you pay 2 bucks to try 2 ounces of like 40 of those beers? It seems like a lot but it’s a steal when you break it down to a buck an ounce on insane outta state ****. Also forget the stouts & haze, stay for the mixed cultures.

No problem, happy to help! Just came back from The Trap myself and there are still bottles to-go. As for the corked and caged, it will never happen, I can just say keep your eyes peeled on the new releases. Definitely gonna be different...

I'm really looking forward to that calvados thing John was describing.

Were multiple shotguns done, or was this the entertainment you sought

It probably is, but the comments are great.
hotter take on facebook from the closeted 4chan beer #MAGA trolls

- "Tag me please when you announce the going out of business sale"
- "stay clear of this liquor store at all costs!"
- "Brasserie Cantillon please make this event great again.."

poked around and didn't see if this sort of thing is chill (i did see rules against buying/selling alcohol but not tickets for under face), but i've got an extra to the far and away morning session avalable for under face ($70 all-in). would also accept equivalent donation to a charity of my choice in lieu of direct payment. let me know if you need one.

you could always buy my ticket for under face, as it hasn't sold yet. willing to consider offers.

Mr. PaWHALEski has some very serious bones to pick with WLV. A store he has probably never set foot in his entire life. That pales in comparison though to the guy posting I can't wait for your going out of business sale. What an awful thing to write on a businesses social media page. Even if you don't like them how could you ever wish that upon somebody?

Keyboard warriors don't care about business owners feelings. If they don't get VIP service every time, regardless of how much they spend or don't spend, that business deserves to die.

Social media brings out the worst in people. Most of them wouldn't say a word if this was a real-life scenario.
