Just more **** from a ****** brewery.
Care to expand?
Granted I don't think they're a great brewery by any means, but I've enjoyed a few of their beers

IMO, most if not all of their beers aren't good. Especially at the prices they charge. I also think that while the tasting room is nice looking, they would charge you for air if they could. Their pricing is a huge issue there. I also think their "barrel aging" is a joke. I can go on and on...Care to expand?

Their thoughts on barrel aging for those who haven't read them yet.I also think their "barrel aging" is a joke.
You've been to the brewery. I, and many others in the state, tend to think their prices are far too high, even in their own brewery for the quality of products they offer. What is their pricing? Genuinely curious

Was a decent session Pale Ale, I suppose.Yeah but I honestly didn't look at the prices. Or if I did, they didn't strike me as egregious but that could also just be because I'm used to NYC prices.
Really liked their Anniversary Ale FWIW.

I will say, from what I've heard, these sours are supposed to be pretty good. That said, I think we all got hoodwinked by Igor on it's first release...
White IPA is VERY TERRIBLE.Two Roads has been endlessly disappointing to me. A historically amazing brewer + (by all accounts, I don't know enough to judge) a phenomenal facility/system, yet the beer they turn out has been uniformly mediocre to my tastes.
I've yet to have something I thought was terrible, but I've also never ever had anything from them I'd describe as "good". I was hoping for a lot more when they opened. Granted, the increase in Stillwater (and to a lesser degree) Evil Twin availability has been nice, I guess.
I don't think you're busting balls, we just happen to disagree on this. Also not trying to bust balls or anything. Just giving my (albeit biased) opinion on the situation.
White IPA is VERY TERRIBLE.
Couldn't finish my glass, for realsies.Sorry, I had purged all remnants of that beer from my memory. That's one of the worst beers by a reputable brewery that I've had in the past 2 years. Granted, I detest White IPAs to begin with, but lord that was awful.
Oh look another new CT brewery (in Oxford). I guess this is a B. United project?

Anyone have more details, considering this familiar face is involved?

I'll go on record as saying that rye 95 was ******* flat out awful - and I'm usually a Two Road's apologist. I feel like they get far too much hate for a brewery that is largely mediocre at worst. Compare them to a brewery like Thimble Island who puts out nothing but absolute ******* **** beer and yet they don't attract nearly as much hate because they don't have the same amount of money and attention behind them.
No. Thimble Island makes an amber that now being distributed in bottles. Kegs of their other beers going around too.is that the brewery that makes 860 IPA and 203 IPA? I thought those beers were absolutely dreadful.
No leads really. Race to DeCicco's Brewster for their 2 bottle limit? So KBS release day was pretty much a **** show....had one store tell me they sold out 15 minutes before opening. I don't even know what that means. If anyone knows anywhere that has bottles (preferably more than 1) I'd appreciate any direction.
Since bottles are a pain to find, how about some KBS draft sightings?

There was a bar that shall remain nameless, that tapped KBS yesterday under a Michelob tap as an April Fool's Gag.Since bottles are a pain to find, how about some KBS draft sightings?

http://lawsonsfinest.blogspot.com.es/2014/04/its-here-sip-of-sunshine-ipa.htmlcreated this beer to be very similar to the Double Sunshine IPA, but slightly different! Our partnership with Two Roads will enable me to brew this beer on a regular basis - they have a beautiful new facility in Stratford, CT and a highly esteemed brewmaster, Phil Markowski, with decades of experience. Most importantly, they have a very soft water source (low mineral content) that almost perfectly mirrors our water source here in Warren, VT
I guess this qualifies as CT news...
