Yeah that's probably the real takeaway there

No need to try Two Roads beer... Look at all the other amazing breweries that contract brew there!Has Lawson's tried 2Roads beers??
Has Lawson's tried 2Roads beers??
Exactly. The article states that the water is very similar to his house in Warren, but I sincerely doubt it. Remember how OC Double Dose tasted like a Lawson's beer, just slightly watered down? That's because they used his water, not Otter Creek water...Has Lawson's tried 2Roads beers??

Agreed, but to me, it's the VT water (or even the water in those 3 specific spots) that really separates The Big 3 in VT. As much as I hate 2 Roads, they do have a great facility to brew beer. Too bad they don't use it to make their own better.Just because their recipes suck doesn't mean that facility can't produce good beer... The Stillwater and Evil Twin stuff that comes out of there is fine.
They used Lawson's water.Do you mean they used Otter Creek's water and not Lawson's?
They used Lawson's water.
OC took care of the watering down part. Water from Lawson's well, brewed at OC.Then why would it taste like Lawson's but watered down?
Fun lil read right there. That guys needs to get punched in his dick.Would love to know what shop this ray of sunshine owns:

Anyone go to the Two Roads bottle releases today? I'm curious if their sours are any better than their other stuff. I considered going but decided it against it because I didn't want to get Igor's Dreamed and spend $40 on 4 bottles of meh.
I was planning to go, but was stuck trying to buy a new car while they sold out. Wonder if some kegs will pop up outside the brewery, like Igor.
Also didn't want to wait in line. F that.
Yeah I would have went later this afternoon and grabbed bottles since I love blowing money on beer I don't even wantI'd be surprised if at least some kegs didn't pop up at local bars/restaurants. Since they haven't put out anything can't miss yet I figured that was probably the best strategy, wait for the reviews and try to find it on tap somewhere if it turns they're actually awesome.
actually vaguely interested in this. can't be worse than most of the other session IPAs out there (says me now), and i like Azacca a lot..
I'm really just commenting that they put crushable on the canactually vaguely interested in this. can't be worse than most of the other session IPAs out there (says me now), and i like Azacca a lot..
As much as I think 2 Roads is terrible, their 5th anni beer wasn't too bad. If this is based off of that, it may not be as god awful as White IPA, or many of their other beers.I think it's based off their Anniversary beer which I enjoyed as far as session IPAs go
