Having an Ovila Abbey Golden and eating some dinner. Passed out super early last night and missed all the fun. Long day at work meant I missed like 40 pages. 25 more to go.

How is that besides the fact that you didnt even give it more than 37 minutes to carb?

Excellent. I'm thinking of adding a couple more oz in the keg just to kick it up another notch. I love the sour achieved by lacto Brevis. Very tart and clean. And, it's been carbing for like two weeks. PKU :D

I'm so glad that all the science that gets dropped in this thread has been reduced to this. This I can laugh at. Science is inherently unfunny, because science.

Science is that which created ultra hi-tech devices upon which we virtually share our laughter together. Also..No science = no beer. Praise be the Process-o-Science!

At the walk-in clinic, getting a chest x-ray. Doc says pneumonia is going around.

Great.

At least three x-ray tech is cute.

Was informed today at work that I got a new title and a raised. Bought some bourbon and scotch as a celebration. The laphroaig tasted kinda like cherry chloroseptic. The blantons was pretty damn good.

Nice work man, congrats. Definitely would of settled for the blantons. Triple wood lappy has got to be really different. That stuff is earthy to begin with
