Excellent. I'm thinking of adding a couple more oz in the keg just to kick it up another notch. I love the sour achieved by lacto Brevis. Very tart and clean. And, it's been carbing for like two weeks. PKU

Sure is. I tried delbrueckii in my Gose. I was completely disappointed. Brevis is my lacto strain from now on.

Finally introduced my 5yo daughter to Super Mario Bros. After about 1000 tries, she finally beat world 1-1 tonight. She was so excited.
