Was informed today at work that I got a new title and a raised. Bought some bourbon and scotch as a celebration. The laphroaig tasted kinda like cherry chloroseptic. The blantons was pretty damn good.

Blantons is the bomb!

The good news: my ba sour stout tastes absolutely phenomenal! The rye whiskey goes so well with the cherry flavors I'm getting from the bacteria. If this stays the same gravity for a month i may be looking to bottle sooner than i was intending. We will see though.

The bad news: i broke my funking iphone screen in the process of taking the sample! I did some some sweet pics of the pellicle though.

Finally introduced my 5yo daughter to Super Mario Bros. After about 1000 tries, she finally beat world 1-1 tonight. She was so excited.
