Not in the mail, but I stopped at a homebrew shop in Northglenn that I’ve been wanting to check out after another hearing doctor appointment in Denver today. I really didn’t need anything but spent a little money before I left and got some wine yeast that my brother wanted too.
You have my attention. I've been waiting for what seems like an eternity for the arrival of a Brew Commander. Got an email back in December stating it would ship out in February.

You may want to use a 4 line gas manifold, with a picnic tap on the 4th keg. Will need to open the kegerator door each time you serve from that keg, but is an inexpensive way to add another brew.

Absolute banger of a mail day yesterday and then today my new Flex+ showed up. 2 days to get to MS from Spike. Insane for free shipping. Can't wait to get this cleaned up tomorrow and beer in it Sunday.

My brown porter arrived today. Maybe a brew day this weekend if I can keg the beer currently in my fermenter.

Was delivered yesterday but I was binge watching Wheel of Time with my wife so only photographed this morning. 4 x 4oz cans of hops from Legit Hops out in BC. Won them in an giveaway last month. 2 each of Nelson Sauvin (2021) and Mandarins Bavaria. Two hop types that I love the flavor of but haven't brewed with yet myself. Looking forward to using them!
Bonus points for the Evan and Bombay.
Double bonus points for the Angostura bitters! Can't make a proper Old Fashioned without it.

Oh yeah, agreed - I always have Evan on hand; it's my favorite affordable "go to" bourbon. I keep a few special ones for special occasions ... but Blanton's is too rich for my blood.

It actually came last week,, but I finally found time to clean and put together my early 40th birthday present to myself...a Spike CF5 conical and Icemaster Max 2 glycol chiller!
My custom made, 300 mesh 6”x11”, stainless hop spider sized to fit within my chilling coil and allowing the lid to be placed on the kettle as needed with both the coil and spider in place.
Things for dough, and 2 20L containers possibly for fermentors. Using one for heating sparge water.
Sous Vide wand for heating?

I got the SS Brewtech Silicone trivet or pad for my new eBIAB kettle. My kettle is 15 gal this one SS Brewtech says is for a 20 gal but it's just fine. Their pricing is pretty good and they don't gouge your for the shipping.
Not in the mail, but delivered by our local food ring, last year's honey that the beekeepers couldn't export due to covid.
5 kilos for 50 euro was too good a deal to ignore for local "organic"honey(still don't get how they tell the bees to only eat organic pollen.

Silicone "rubber" stoppers.
I saw a user here use these to stop up their thermowell. I'm gonna drill a hole through the middle, shove the sender through, and then put a lil hot glue on the outside.
How have others here gone about this?
Previously I just used masking tape.
I was also considering putting some super glue on the outside of the stopper before it's final fitting.
Would super glue adhere silicone to SS? (I have my doubts here)

Finally got my Kegland Rapt Pill Hydrometer. Not easy to come by in the US. Had to go to AliExpress.
