Just finished the generic sounding (but great drinking) Lagunitas IPA while watching UFC 214- Daniel Cormier vs Jon Jones II!

Homemade Belgian Dark Strong Ale, ~10.5%. I didn't intend to start drinking for another 4 months, mostly based on the recipe from Brewing Classic Styles, tweaked to be partial-extract in my system. Brewed with 3822PC, aged in primary and secondary for 5 or 6 months, and with a little dry saison yeast added at bottling.

Not to boozy, taste was mostly fruity while it was cold, and mostly spicy with a little alcohol as it warmed up. It could be sneaky for a 10.5% beer.

Oskar Blue Fugli IPA - Awesome. Way too drinkable.

HB rye saison with citra/nelson and Brett c.

Dangerously drinkable and refreshing on a 35 C day despite being almost 7%.

Just trying to stay hydrated while grill roasting some new potatoes and patty pan squash.

Rev, you're tearing it up while I'm drying up! 😖

Flying into Portland Thursday, heading to Seaside. With wife so not making Portland brewery stops, but got the ok for a Craft Beer store drive by. Any one recommend any fruit sours or stouts from that area. Think I've had my fill of WC IPAs unless any highly recommended. Any other suggestions are appreciated also. Thanks!

At work...coffee.
