Second pull from my recent attempt at Braufessors NE IPA. I'm pretty happy with it. Need more carb but should be good by the SuperBowl.

Husband brought home a sixer of Bridgeports new Stumptown ORA (Oatmeal Red Ale) the other day. According to their website it's got a TON of hops in it but they're not overpowering. BeerAdvocate says Nugget, Sterling, Cascade, and Mt Hood. The grain bill is Caramel malt, flaked oatmeal, Midnight wheat, and something called Red-X. Base is probably just straight pale, but somehow it has a strong rye flavor to me. Husband was hoping I can duplicate it, may give it a shot in the next couple of brews. I've been wanting to try a rye IPA but just may do this instead. Since today is a slow day just might pop it into dieseldraft and see what I can make of it.

Just polished off a baily's and coffee while i made lemon loaf. Now onto maltier offerings like a hb brown ale

Trying Stone's new Ripper Pale Ale. I was looking forward to it cause who doesn't like Galaxy, but it is a pretty big disappointment. Won't be buying it again.

I was just down in their Richmond VA location last night. Tried their Ripper with high hopes like you and was let down.
Would I drink it again? Yes.
Would I buy it? Probably not.

I did like their collaboration Wheat IPA. Mega Wheat something and I thought that was pretty good. Bought a bomber of that.
