Neighbor gave me a wine kit sitting in his garage for 18 months, uh, central Texas. Brewed it. Added an additional ec1118 yeast. Wholly flocc! Came out at 16%! Base wine dried out to 1.002. Really good. Added french oak soaked in vodka, but regretting that. By chance our granddaughter ended up at our surname winery in California today.
