Dragons milk 2014 reserve. Wow this is still so peppery it numbs the lips. Still as strong on the pepper now as it was a year ago. The newer version is much better, just some pepper heat not this overwhelming. Guessing they lessened the pepper adjunct more for this years release. I had Dragoon IPA last weekend in Tucson and liked it a lot. It had a nice malt backbone. Strangely, my favorite Tucson beer is the Barrio Rasberry Ale. I say strangely since darker beers are more fun usually.

I'm not a big fan of lumberyard though I like their take on canning instead of bottling. Intense sun here in AZ will skunk a beer ASAP. I've only had one Mother Road at Pizzacletta and was extremely happy with it. My favorite Flaggstaff brewery though is Beaver Street which is a brewpub though so you can't get it in the store.

Off the top of my head, I can't think of anyone in AZ that bottles their standard beers besides Nimbus. Nobody drinks that stuff though.
I really dig Lumberyards IPA and Red. Sounds like you're in the PHX area. Go to Gilbert and have some AZ Wilderness, then hit up Perch and Beer Research Institute. On the west side, Peoria Artisan's Peanut Butter Porter is friggin awesome.

Yeah, I ended up mostly behaving. Got a good buzz on then had to go home because everyone else was being lame. Drank more after we got back to the house. Woke up feeling 95%, had a big greasy breakfast then spent the weekend laying tile in my kitchen and helped my brother move a woodstove. Back and knees are not happy today.

Coffee. Been outside for 5 hours in 40f putting up holiday lights.
Once the meatloaf is out of the over and my son is fed I am drinking my face off!!!!!

Bad. Too soon Stahp hanging festive decorations until AFTER the best holiday that exists. Thanksgiving. What other holiday is centered around gluttony?

Going to have to kill it quick as I have 10 gallons of the ryepa I made two weeks ago that needs that tap space. I think it will be easier to kill that one than the remaining half sixtel of yeti.

I used belle saison. Think I got really low efficiency and may have pitched a little on the warm side.. severely out of practice. Just a saison, because I'm bummed out at my mistakes. Very rusty.

If you want to plan on an xmas time trade I should be able to do that unless the saison sucks. Right now I have a pale ale that didn't carb that I use to cook with and an IPA that was murdered with nugget... most people don't take kindly to it. Saison going, stout this week and if my hard cider is still comfortable that will be bottled in the next week or two after it aged a year and half.

Over-sweetened coffee that needs to be cut with the bitter work coffee. Happy for the short week.

2013 white chocolate moo-hoo was a drain pour and badly infected. It was well known that it was infected previously. I had to try it. Moved onto something much better.

lol they are still doing all the install. The dimming system is going in this weekend. Every single fixture is getting its own zone. They are billing our office as a working showroom.
