How'd you scoop up a PhP glass?
You're welcome... looks delicious btw.Earlier this week bailey mountain brewer posted a photo of the BLT that Launched a Thousand Ships. That picture got my wheels turning in a big way. As soon as I escaped work today I bee lined to the grocery store, raced home, poured a pint, and set to work on the task that overshadowed my entire week.
While not as beautiful as bailey mountain brewer's, it sure hit the spot. I served it with my ordinary bitter.
Itch scratched!

@camonick 's Red Ale is definitely in the top reds that I've had
Thank you fellas… I love to hear positive feedback for my beers. Other than following the instructions correctly, I can’t take credit for that recipe. It’s from MoreBeer and I just renamed it.Same and thanks for the reminder, I meant to ask him for the recipe. Willing to share @camonick ?
Although I think I'll brew dunk first for a nice fall beer.
Time to visit Lamberts in Foley!! YUM!Good news: closed on our house in Daphne, AL!
Bad news: now we have two houses!
Good news: got an asking price offer on our Trussville house within 24 hours of listing (did I not ask enough?)!
We are blessed.
OT - something a little stronger than beer after loading, hauling and unloading a bunch of stuff movers won't take. Nothing fancy but definitely enjoyable especially after not having even a beer yesterday (too tired to lift it)!

I use Nottingham instead of their recommended yeast and a custom water profile.
