Been raining and icy as **** here today. Spent 2 hours cutting trees down blocking my driveway. So many trees hanging over with the weight of the ice. And power has been out. Lucky we are on the generator.

Had a No Filter, Sip of Sunshine and a couple of pints of Hag.

I’ll have one more Hag for good times’ sake.

I left it in the fermenter for 4 weeks, and bottle-conditioned for 3 weeks. It's good, but I think it'll still improve with more time.

Still needs a little more time to carbonate but my pale ale is already drinking pretty good! I added a couple ounces of orange zest in with the dry hop. It really compliments the beer well.
