I am doing an ipa with a few teas in it, in a one gallon batch, and i think my OG is 1.010. Does that seem correct? am I reading the Hydrometer wrong, or could it be somethign else?

1.010 is a "near-beer" original gravity at best.
What was your recipe supposed to produce - and what are these "few teas" to which you refer?

Cheers!

An IPA should have an original gravity of at least sixty points (1.060) imo, any lower and it's a Pale, hopped-up or not.
So something definitely "went wrong". Perhaps you might describe your brewing process...

Cheers!

[edit] Did you blend your teas with the wort before pitching yeast?

We can help you more if you post your recipe and process.
Perhaps you can fix this brew, but we have all made mistakes. Study and practice will make your process easier and your beer better.
