Any recommendation for a summer beer that can be made quickly that would go with a lemon or lime zest addition?

Thanks in advance

I made a Blonde Ale with 100% Pils, 1 oz each of chinook and cascade at flameout, 1 oz each of chinook and cascade as dryhop. It came out amazing.

Went to LHBS and he recommended Kolsch. Hopefully be able to do my first batch ever today or tomorrow. Bought a Shiner Bock kit from AHB that I'll brew and get in the fermenter then double batch of Kolsch this weekend.
