It was surprisingly good and was ready to drink in less than 2 weeks. The recipe and instructions are available on the website. Hopefully be able to do my first batch ever today or tomorrow. Bought a Shiner Bock kit from AHB that I'll brew and get in the fermenter then double batch of Kolsch this weekend.
