One Rhizome, two bines, one or two ropes for them to climb?

Okay, I've decided to let two bines grow from a singel rhizome. Should I use two different pieces of string/rope for them to climb or is there anything wrong with using a single rope?

One rope is fine.

Use two strings and let 3 or 4 bines grow.

I'd run two and let one travel up each in the first and maybe second year. After that let two go up each side. If you have the means more sun and circulation won't hurt.
