Name my dog

Superb name TX. For a while (and he may show up again ) my AV was a big black german shepherd stretched out with a bottle of Bass by his head and a pack of smokes at his feet.

That was my boy, all 110lbs of him. Dakota.

He's been gone a year and a half now, stroke then a heart attack at the ripe old age of 9.

It does the heart good to hear that name given to a dog. Especially one that's tied to a place I love to hang around. I hope you guys have great times together.

My wife asked me what we should name our black dog. I told her that I've always been fond of "Trafalgar Square" as a name for a dog.... or a person. Oddly enough, Tx, I do have a pit-beagle (named Ozzy). He's the nicest, dumbest dog on the planet. He was a HUGE handful as a pup though... he could jump a six foot fence, and he liked to get slimy. Good luck with your dog. I'm sure ole' Oz will be glad to know there's another dog in a happy home.

Yep I named her Dakota.

Showed the pic to SWMBO. (she's better at dogs than I) She sees the beagle in the tail, but thinks there's some sort of bull-terrier there with that chest. She understood got the Australian reference with the spots on her nose tho. Our 14 year old Australian/Siberian mix has the same thing....

She's still a cutie tho TX, I bet she keeps you guys on your toes
