I just got back from Ireland where they bring out both ketchup and mayo for french fries. I gotta say I prefer the mayo.

You can put any of the above on French Fries as they are awful. But for chips salt and vinegar. For battered fish then salt, vinegar and tartare sauce.

You can't beat a good chip shop curry sauce over fries.
Not every time I eat fries but as a treat a few times a year.
Some of that in between two buttered slices of bread is heaven.

In Summer it has to be thick cut Belgian fries with Samuari sauce (Chili Mayo) and an ice cold Duvel.

Those are both chips. French Fries are only microns thick. Also chip shop curry is disgusting.

Hot dogs- bun toasted on the inside, then add fresh chopped onions, relish, brown mustard and KETCHUP!

Burgers- bun toasted on the inside, then white, red, green, white, red, green (mayo, ketchup, pickles, onion, tomato, lettuce) on the top bun. On the bottom, place the patty then cheese, then you initial it with MUSTARD!

Fries- fry sauce is the way, it's ketchup and mayo and some spices

@fluketamer Those are not actually brats. They are German style white hot dogs, also known as coneys in central NY state. And yes, they're delicious. I need to order more soon.
