Or it means he's
soon to be a King of the Army of the Dead perhaps?

OMG **** that theory. He is
obviously gonna be ok. Resurrected by Melisandre. Or warg into Ghost maybe. If he becomes king of the dead I'm gonna stop watching/reading. Same with Tyrion is a Targ BS and basically every other theory other than R+L=J.

But hey, this is the lambic thread. Jon is obviously going to learn to brew spontaneously fermented ales. Let's keep this on topic. ;)

The show went to great lengths to have Melisandre appear at the wall, all the from Winterfell, in a couple hours. This pretty much confirms she resurrects Jon.

Stupid show ruining the next book.

I bet the something new is something that Armand brewed on his new system. If he started blending his young lambic into the 2014 batches of OG this would give those same batches some time to mature into something up to his standard. Also if the 1/10/14 batch of OG is any significant indicator of quality, this should be amazing. I reckon it is something fruited using ~two year lambic, quite possibly with apricots since they never seem to be in shortage and I heard this years batch of fou is a bit smaller (same supplier???).

3F just posted this on FB:

Two new bottling dates on OGV is awesome, and something new is awesome. Wish I had a trip planned...

Just tried Tilquin Quetsche for the first time the other night. Don't ask me how I haven't tried it yet. Freaking love that stuff now. Went through about 5 bottles this weekend. Thankfully, it's a shelf turd at my local store. and it's about $13 for a 375.
Get the Namur variant, it's even better!

Hnnnnnnnng ISO that Vin de Noix then.

Also, matt_6 is my Vin Jaune huckleberry.

And Cantillon's Lambic Vin Jaune was like the 3rd best lambic I got to taste on my trip in June behind LH12 and another beer that doesn't exist yet. But the Lambic Vin Jaune was un-*******-believable.

Vin Jaune >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>LH12

Vin Jaune >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>LH12

Tough call. Two different beasts. Had them within an hour of each other at the brewery and had to call a doctor because my erection lasted more than four hours.
