How is the Armand Spirit? Worth the price?

Riddle me this. Doing some spreadsheet updating and I come across these, both bottled on January 23, 2015. Ever so slightly different labels, the rest is the same.

I also have a 2010 and 2011 labeled set like that bottled March 11, 2014. The mysteries of Bruocsella. Anyone else have these dates?

I have the exact same bottling/label on the left.

I also have the label on the right but with an April 21, 2015 bottle date.

I have two Jan 2015s. Remind me to check if you don't hear back in 24 hours.

I enjoy obscure liquors, but I've never had Vin de Noix or Nocino from which this lambic takes its inspiration. I'm not entirely sure what I should be tasting relative to those, but what I taste here is a tangy lambic with a subtle sweetness that is augmented by a green/grassy note presumably from the walnuts. This tastes great mid palate with lots of lemon and sour apple flavors and a woody, tannin sweetness. On the back end there is a bit of breadiness and perhaps some sulphur which I'm sure will clean up. The nose is quintessentially Oud Beersel. This is a really interesting experiment, and I'm really glad it's out there.

SeaWatchman one obscure reference point, indeed.

I've come across vin de noix once on a wine trip to the Jura. Like sipping on a viscous, spicy, intensely walnut flavored spirit. Very unique. Unique enough for someone like me who generally has a very tough time stomaching "hard" liquor to purchase a few bottles. Never thought there'd be a day when I'd post something about it on a beer site, though. Obscure as hell.

Now, the yellow wine on the right, on the other hand, probably needs to be talked about on these forums. I'm pretty sure any Lambic drinker will learn to have an equal appreciation for wine, if they don't already, after tracking down a vin Jaune (from pretty much any producer). Phenomenal stuff.

Hnnnnnnnng ISO that Vin de Noix then.

Also, matt_6 is my Vin Jaune huckleberry.

And Cantillon's Lambic Vin Jaune was like the 3rd best lambic I got to taste on my trip in June behind LH12 and another beer that doesn't exist yet. But the Lambic Vin Jaune was un-*******-believable.
