~5% sounds like quite a bit, though, considering they have quite a few limited seasonals now, and how much of the production the standard gueuze and Kriek probably make out.

I was under the impression that Gueuze made about almost 50% of their total production

I did my tasting yesterday on Kriek. Intense Red $17, Marriage Parfait $9.75, 3F $13.50

My taste order is
3F
MP
IR

but I think for the 3.75 difference I am going to grab the MP and be super happy.

So assuming that's right (or even 40%, to make a conservative estimate), 12 (did I forget any?) of the remaining ordinary seasonals (Iris, Kriek, St. Lam, Vig, St Gilloise, Rose, Grand Cru, Fou, Mam, LPF, LPG, LPK) would have to have an average of ~5% production each. Obviously that's not how the distribution is, but then you also have to add one-offs, Zwanze varieties and stuff that eskew the average even more.

I fully agree with this. If I have the money I will buy the 3F, otherwise I stick to MP. Not a big fan of IR, maybe with some age?

Mamouche is probably one of my favorites to be honest.

I'd been avoiding trading for this beer for so long since the reviews weren't as good as other Cantillon. I absolutely couldn't believe that it ended up being my favorite out of a tasting with Classic, Rose, LPK, Mamouche and Fou!

The only year I'm missing out of all of the releases (including my Zwanze 2009). Lucky.

I've been trying to stock up on Cantillon Classic, 3F OG, 3F OG Golden, Tilquin Gueuze and Tilquen Gueuze Squared to put away for a decade or so. Aside from LPG and St. Lam which I'm currently looking for, what else is really rewarding to age and enjoy that's not impossible to get?

You will likely have to trade for it, but 3F doesjel from Nov/Dec 2006 (750ml) is fantastic. It was pretty available until recently and should not be to hard to acquire. It is flat, but to my the quality is up to par with the seasons.

Did another batch of de cam oude lambiek hit the US or did more of the 2012 get sent? a local store recently got in a case and I don't want to do any $40 experiments to find out it was some left over 2012

I'm sure the label has an accurate bottling date on it.

Not sure if you're joking, but De Cam is a notoriously terrible label-dater. He gets one batch of labels and uses them until they're gone, and doesn't really care what the date says.
