Cantillon has announced an online sale of a pack of 3*Fou, 2*Nath, and 1*LPF to be held "soon".

I wonder who still believes the claim that they will not allow shipping after they did last time despite announcing they wouldn't.

I think you mean didn't allow proxies, but then they did. They still didn't ship them. They did end up allowing Etre and BiaB pick them up as proxies and they shipped them but they charged.

Yeah I expect they'll be doing the same thing again for this sale. It's like 40 euro to pick them up. Very worth it IMO

they specifically said in a comment that they would allow proxies before the last sale happened...

etre/biab pickup is pretty much the same thing as shipping the boxes.

I just went back and read the Facebook post. The first post said the bottles must be picked up by purchaser. They later had a another post saying that after many questions they were allowing proxies. I disagree with shipping. Allowing a seperate company to pick them up and ship them at a fee is not cantillon shipping. I could have picked them up and shipped them to you, same thing. Cantillon's issue was they would not ship like they did on previous online sales. But it is schematics! Many will skip the sale cause they don't want to deal with Etre and don't know they can.

I just spent five minutes scrolling through their facebook, checking their website shop, and searching on billetweb.

Someone apparently spoke to Kurt at BiAB and claims that he confirmed he can and will pick up and ship the Cantillon 6 packs as a proxy. This was posted in the comments on Cantillon's FB post.

I don't FB. Did he say if you could add the bottles to a quarterly box? That would be amazing, assuming you have lightning reflexes and actually get the set.

No clue. I actually FB messaged him and Etre, but only Etre has responded. They told me they offer proxy services but asked me to email them for further details

Etre is charging 30 euro per package to pick up. It's 78 euro for up to 11 750ml bottles shipped, or 92 euro for up to 14 bottles. Seems like they are willing to combine shipping so I highly recommend trying that to save some cash if you have a buddy (or mule wife) who gets another set.

BiAB replied back to me this morning but haven't provided rates or confirmed they will combine shipping yet.

Cool. when Jonathan/Etre picked up my package in april it was 10 euros for the service. Prices goin' up! I guess that was only like 3 bottles though.

Why not create a basic profile with no personal information that just follows cantillon? Seems like a potentially easy way to monitor these sales.
