Proxy/shipping update - finally received rates from BiAB. And they're significantly cheaper than Etre. Kurt is charging 15 euro per 10kg for pickup (so essentially 15 per set as 6 bottles is roughly 9.7kg). And shipping rates are a bit cheaper too.

Here are the shipping rates I was quoted from BiAB:
5kg - 40€, 10kg - 60€, 15kg - 70€, 20kg - 80€, 25kg - 90€, 30kg - 100€.
