I recently harvested some pacman in hopes of re-culturing it. For a few days the yeast sat on the bottom and slowly multiplied. Now there is much less yeast on the bottom and majority of it is suspended in the starter wort. I peeled the foil up a bit and saw there was a mini krausen that had formed.
Should I stop swirling it?
When the krausen falls should I dump the fluid and step up to a bigger starter?
Any other advice?
Thanks in advance for helping me on my first yeast re-culturing!
