Is there a distilling community like HBT?

I'm headed into business with some friends that want to distill. I make the best beer amongst us, and they want me to be heavily involved in making the liquor. However, I barely know anything about that process. I can make beer for days, but liquor blending and whatnot is another story. Is there a reputable forum like HBT for distillers?

*I swear this is 100% legal and legitimate. Nobody wants to make nasty ol' hooch. I'm just ignorant.*

It kinda seems to be dominated by a handful of users but some of the recipes look very well tried and tested.

In that case, you might want to have a look at The Craft Distillers' Handbook by Ted Bruning. It's very UK-centric, and since at least half of setting up a distillery is all the licensing and tax stuff that may not seem very relevant to what you're doing, but it will at least get you asking the right questions of your local licensing and tax authorities, and gets you thinking about some of the usual gotchas like what waste you can put down the drains.

If you want to learn, homedistiller and artisandistillers. If you want to go commercial stilldragon. There are others but these 3 will be your start in order, AND open to read and veiw all info... Mind each one have their own culture based on the sensitivity of the subject.
