What i miss is the wonder at the magic and science that is brewing. How at the end of a few weeks saying I made this and it is tasty.
I do miss how easy cleanup was doing BIAB versus the AIO but being able to watch the kids and brew made the AIO worth it.
I don't miss having to lift the brew kettle from the propane burner onto the work bench to drain to fermenter. I should have bought a pump sooner.
I miss being able to stop at the lhbs or NB or Midwest supply to walk through the grain rooms, taste the grain as I bagged it, look at and buy hops. I don't miss my wallet being empty by the time I left due to multiple impulse purchases.
