For sure! I don’t know if I’ll ever be on that level.

I cracked my first today from @yoop89. A cucumber sour that couldn’t be more perfect to my taste. I like sours more tart than sour and this hits just perfect.

Dipped into the Altbier and the Vienna lager. Good job @Section1. The Alt was super carbed, but I like that! Nice color, clean. The Vienna lager had excellent malt flavor! Not overwhelming. Crisp. Well done!

Pale ale from @Section1 is very light and refreshing. I get sweet grapefruit. Almost champagne-y carbonation! Clean fermentation! Thanks dude!
