Schwarzbier: 5.2%, a traditional take on the style.
DIPA with mosaic and sabro. 8.4%, sabro comes through big time.
pre-prohibition porter: 5.2%; made to be mostly authentic, with molasses being the main adjunct.
Irish Red: ABV TBD, still fermenting. Tried to make it true to style.
Meadowfoam mead: 13.5%. Traditional, no fruit or spice additions.
