It appears to be a bit more serious than sorting out beers and re-organizing the back...

"That’s one of the items on our list to straighten out. Organization issues with the city. It means we have pay our bills!"

Funny story is me and some buddies at work do a beer exchange once a month of beers we all haven’t had. I bought a four pack from these guys and it was easily the worst beer we have all ever had in our exchange. It was some NE hazebro beer and had chunks of God-knows-what floating in it. Good riddance.

NO...your company needs to come clean up this mess.No one here wants to touch or even come near...2+ cases and blood & beer on the floor...and literally dozens of customers walking by and commenting.Potash management taking pictures, too. And your rep won't come down, even answer his phone after he said he would come in and clean this up...my customers and beer reps said this should have been taken care of before your beer ever left your warehouse...Home Brew 101...

Yikes.

What would you have expected from a rep in this situation? Beyond just answering his or her phone. (Edit -- honest question and not meaning it to sound as if he could/should not be doing more).

Maybe I misunderstood, but I read it to say that Potash was going to leave a mess of blood and beer on the floor until the rep came to clean it up.

That seems...not the best move either.

Sounds like a case for *removes sunglasses* OSHA.

Alan might have been having a really bad day as that first message fell apart fast. And probably around the time Jessie's Girl came on the radio.

Well my first thought is if you’re a store or bar and you’re going to leave blood and glass on the floor you deserve to go out of business. Clean that **** up you fuckchop, what’s the ******* matter with you? There are customers in the store, you want a ******* lawsuit? Grab a broom and a mop, don’t be a ******* baby.

My second thought is that they seemingly acted appropriately. If they’re aware and say “we’ll pick up and credit you for the stuff that blew up, holy **** we’re sorry” rthen they’re on their way to making it right. That **** leaves a bad taste in retailer’s mouths and it takes awhile to regain that trust, so the more expedient, the better.

My first thought was hell no I'm not going in that store. Clean up you bums.
