I just ordered a second one and it has a 3 inch crease in it. Do I need to worry about this? I just know it may take another month to get a replacement.

I would ask that they let you ferment in that one while they send you a replacement. At that time, you would send it back if, they so wish. I'd also ask for a pre-paid shipping label to do so. Not your fault. Why should you suffer? If not then, yes. I'd be worried and angry! Its the 2nd time, for cryin' out loud!
