I intended to do a chocolate peanut butter stout. Do to a lack in supplies from the LHBS that I had a gift certificate at these are the ingredients I ended up with:

3 lbs Chocolate Wheat
1 lb Crisp Roasted Barley
2 lbs Sparkling Amber DME
3.3 lbs Amber LME
.75 cups cacao nibs (Sorry no scale from weighing these)
2.5 cups of steel cut oats (Sorry no scale from weighing these)
6.5 oz. PB2 powdered peanut butter
2 oz Williamette Hops

My question is about the yeast. I bought WB-06 and was going to just use this and hope for the beast with a wheat stout. Then I got home and realized that I had a pack of s-04. Do you think that the WB-06 will work well? Should I use one or the other, or both?

I just did this with a ringwood ale yeast. I suggest adding some lactose to your recipe to help sweeten it. Cocao nibs and PB2 aren't sweet like what you'd think.
