Apple cider with chocolate and raspberry question

For information, I am a newbie to ciders and wine making.
On 10/28/23 I started this, the recipe is:
one gallon of kirkland apple juice
24 oz frozen raspberries thawed, placed in a mesh bag and I added two glass weights to sink it
1/4 cup chocolate nibs toasted @350 for 15 minutes
1 stick vanilla
2 lbs sugar
2 tsp fermaid O
1 tsp pectic enzyme
red star classique yeast
initial hydro 1120 (oops I should have used less sugar, I wanted it to hydro around 1090, but I learn from my mistakes.)

So I reracked tonight and it hydro'd at .0990, but I was wondering about the raspberry mush and the color. I'll add pictures, if someone could let me know if how the raspberries turned out was normal or if I should be worried.
