I cook in the kitchen, but the rest of my brew setup is in the dog's room. That way if I brew something stinky or have a spill, I can blame it on the dogs!
(Actually, it's because I don't have room to put it anywhere else)
So that makes me "Dog's Room Brewing." Experimental brews get all kinds of funky names, but once I have a recipe to where I (and more importantly, the wife!) like it and want to make it a regular, I name it "Dog's {Something}"
So far I have:
Dog's Room APA
Dog's Breath Rye IIPA
I am currently working on:
Dog's Day Session IPA
Dog's Bed IPA
Dog's Life Barleywine
Still looking for a good name for a stout, something associated with the dogs but perhaps not with the brown stuff THEY make...
