Beer was shaken to oxygenate but sat over night to get to pitching temp should it be shaken again before pitching starter yeast
 
You shouldn't aerate until after you've cooled to pitching temp is my understanding. I've not looked into it real in depth, but i believe many people feel hot side aeration can lead to off-flavors in the final product.

Aerate after your cool for another reason--- less risk to you if you're using the pour back and forth method.
