What the hell kind of bagel is that?

I stupidly added up what I've spend just at Northern Brewer over the last 3 years. Its north of $1,600!! I need some googly eyes for that emoji

Can you write that off as a business expense now at least?

Also, I was a little worried about the Cantillon dregs after no visible signs of activity in the first 3 days or so. Come back after a week and it's definitely ropey. There's something going on in there :mug:

Mine is on the bottom right. I'm not worried. The guy had the foresight to position it so that the static load will be along the longitudinal axis of the beers should the box's structural integrity fail.

Just as instructed.

It's going to be really different at the park this year, plus they are adding 100 more beers than last year. The tap list is stupid and gets stupider every day. With all the pours being free, most lines move really quick. There are 2 ways to do it, wait in whalez lines and hope the keg lasts until you get up front and get to sample 4-5 beers all day or go to the not-so-whaley-whalez lines and get to try 400 beers. There is so much going on, you won't notice the BA-ssholes

Thats what i did at GABF. That is what i probably do. I always want to try these but again more than likely i wont gravitate to them. I want to try as mush as i can from breweries i havent herd. Have a few ill have my eye on.

15 pounds 2 row. 45 min. Mash. (F..in stirred). 1 oz cascade 45 (start of boil) 1 oz. Flameout. No chill. Safale 05.
Dry hopped 6 oz cascade
Thats my plan. lightly hopping the no chill part

The best TastyKake Kandy Kakes are the peanut-butter filled ones. Boo to coconut.

:D

Otherwise, nice box!
