The aroma indicated bit sour, but didn't really detect a sour flavor. Lots of chocolate notes.

So the Firestone walker is 2014 parabola and what I believe to be at its peak. Try it soon. The avery is a year old from my stash as well. Heavy on the bourbon and the spices. The Abv on that bottle is *tck tck* real nice. The chips are awesome and flavored using the same spices as the Philadelphia institution, Chickee and Petes crab fries. Seriously if anybody is in the city and have the chance, check them out. They even have a stand at the ball park.
