Just won two tickets to the 2016 Road to Rockville in Jacksonville FL through a local radio station. Kind of excited, but doubt I get to go.

Probably put them on eBay.

Guess the season is starting, all hour before quit in time they ask if I will work overtime.
Been lazy with eights now jumping in to10/11 sucks.
I need a beer.

Bringing DEM Brown Doe, brown porter, helles to local brewpub today after work. Hopefully he grovels at my homebrew and offers me an overpaid position. Or gives me more free malt, that'll do too.

Did you say free malt? All I need is a fork lift and a truck

Didn't get out of it, huh?

I'm guessing he just found out he doesn't have insurance for yesterday's office fire?

Now that I'm caught up, only broke my left thumb and my right pinky toe. Thumb was catching a volleyball during warmups, whereas toe was running away from my older brother and I slammed it into a door jam. Brother tackled me and beat me up afterwards. Maybe my nose too, but still not sure on that one.

Time for another Duet while I make :taco:

Maybe you can do what I do since Im always at work during delivery hours. I leave a note asking them to leave it at the door and sign it with my name and address

Sorry to hear that ridire

So, my 2nd AG batch was on the books as of last Saturday, and remember I was wondering why I came in low on my OG? I forgot the sugar addition during the boil! I was 7 points low, .5 lb of sugar to my batch would have added 9 points, so I was actually 2 points high - yay me!

:ban:

Now, the question - the beer has been fermenting for 4 days, still has thick, lush krausen. Can I add that half a pound of sugar now? Should I? If so, what's the best way - sprinkling it in dry, boiling it in a little water, first...???

Any help is, as always, appreciated! TIA!

Boil it up in a small amount of water, cool quickly, pour it in. You'll be just fine.
