Water. Exhausted. It was much colder yesterday but it feels so much colder today.
Did you hear Donald Trump wants to ban the sale of pre-shredded cheese?
He's going to make America grate again.
Yeah.... Trying to be half funny with it but my half drunken self couldn't get that across obviously haha. You win some, you lose some.
Coffee. Toes number already...
Hey folks, if anybody has time to look over a recipe, I would appreciate some feedback. I'll try not to turn this into an "evaluate my recipe" thread, but this is my next brew (when my back is strong enough to manage it) and I want to eliminate any glaring mistakes before I brew it! According to Brewer's Friend, it hits all the numbers pretty much right in the middle for the sweet stout style. I'm shooting for a marshmallow fluff and peanut butter on white bread kinda thing. And I have no idea how to get a great, creamy head, like on Guinness, but that would be great. I will be bottle conditioning. Any thoughts would be appreciated. @Hello: if interested in a mutual brew, I would gladly buy the ingredients, split the wort and let you keg some? (Also, let me know if you still need bottles). http://www.brewersfriend.com/homebrew/recipe/view/295261/fluffernutter-sammie-stout (Hoping this works with out having to print the whole thing here...fingers crossed.)
Fins is just old enough to remember Ice Cube in 'Are we there yet?,' so I can understand why he's defending him so feverishly.
Well, we're waiting. How long does it take to number your toes?
They number 10 right now. Maybe I might lose a few to frostbite later though. We'll see.![]()

More coffee.
I knew you'd be back.
Contemplating a second cup of coffee and the consequences of not working today. Kid was sick and running fever again last night. Always something. Almost couldn't get her to take her heart medicine and she refused to take ibuprofen for her fever. She's so stubborn. I remember when I was a kid, if my dad told me to take medicine, it wasn't up for debate.
No one cares, tl;dr, ignore

Three year olds are awesome.
Dude. My kid... 'But dad, I just don't!'
To everything I tell her to do.
She laughs when I spank her (unless it's hard enough to hurt my hand) and she goes ape when I put her in timeout.

Yeah, time out, sending her to her room, she yells and screams at me. And he always has to try to get the last word. We're always telling her if she would just stop talking about 10 seconds sooner she wouldn't get in so much trouble. I swear she's a little teenager and she's only five. I don't even want to think about when she's actually in her teens.

That's how much its worth, they will want to buy it for 350k
I may just do that...a lot number, no bill of material, let the outside sales guy assigned to that account to do his job and negotiate based on competitors numbers
Almost couldn't get her to take her heart medicine ...
Typical inside sales guy attitude [emoji6]
I seriously wonder sometimes why we put to much work into bids though when so many projects are negotiated after the fact.
Did she have surgery? I'm just glad medicine has come so far. When I had to take it at that age until about 10 years old, it was about 12 battery sized pills. Now it's just one or two.
I hate that she has to deal with all this at such a young age and for the rest of her life.
She had surgery at six days old to correct a major heart defect. Thankfully, we haven't had any complications from the surgery since then, just regular checkups to make sure everything is still fine. But, recently we noticed she was tired a lot and had no energy sometimes. So, her cardiologist has her wearing a heart monitor 24/7 and found a problem with her heart beating way faster than it should sometimes and it's not related to her activity level. It's called something, but I can't remember what it is right now. So, they're regulating it with medicine. I hate that she has to deal with all this at such a young age and for the rest of her life.
Tachycardia? I had surgery when I was 3, essentially to fix kinked aorta. Really lucked out.. Aside from not being allowed to play high-impact sports, even though I did some anyway.. it hasn't been a huge downer. Except, going to a dentist. I need to pre-med and I hate it. I've got the things you just listed that she has. Heart will just race for a few seconds for no reason. The first time it happened I freaked. Now I know how to manage it.
Yeah, can't imagine that... Hope everything goes well for her though.
Yeah, that's the one. SVT for short. Her cardiologist said when she's older she might be able to learn to control it when it happens without medicine like you said.
Wait a second, are those k-cups?
I trusted you. I thought I knew you.
Yeah sorry, not trying to drag it out.. but if want to talk about it, I live it so can help/suggest alternatives.
We're not huge into taking pills when it's not entirely necessary.
I don't do medicine unless absolutely necessary. Not even headache stuff. Just natural health supplements/remedies. Yoga breathing. Etc.
Hoping to get enough snow for them to threaten shutting down the bridges so we get sent home early. Not going to happen, but it's a nice thought.
