Hey folks, if anybody has time to look over a recipe, I would appreciate some feedback. I'll try not to turn this into an "evaluate my recipe" thread, but this is my next brew (when my back is strong enough to manage it) and I want to eliminate any glaring mistakes before I brew it! According to Brewer's Friend, it hits all the numbers pretty much right in the middle for the sweet stout style. I'm shooting for a marshmallow fluff and peanut butter on white bread kinda thing. And I have no idea how to get a great, creamy head, like on Guinness, but that would be great. I will be bottle conditioning. Any thoughts would be appreciated. @Hello: if interested in a mutual brew, I would gladly buy the ingredients, split the wort and let you keg some? (Also, let me know if you still need bottles).
