Muppet. Grilled or fried, either way is fine by me.

Definitely never had the Taiwanese version.

Any pig blood related sausage is usually good in my experience. Definitely worth seeking out in your local asian market.

I've always lumped tomato, beans and mushrooms as an optional trifecta. All three is too much on a plate, just too sloppy. Each on their own has merit for sure.

Yes, because it's not a full Irish breakfast without black and white pudding.

Fixed that slight cultural error there.

5 gallon batch.

I was thinking a porter, possible a vanilla coconut porter of sorts.

This is just what I have on hand, I am trying to clean out as I am about to start buying in bulk since I am moving over to AG. The grains that aren't used will end up in my mother in laws compost pile.

2-3lbs DME (aiming 1.045-1.055 depending on how big you want to go)
3lbs 2 row
0.5 lb Caramel 80
5oz Caramel 120
0.5 lb Chocolate Malt
1lb flaked oats
Challenger (enough at 60 to yield ~35-40 IBUs)

1oz Mt Hood
1.5oz Fuggles

Divide those up (probably wouldn't use them all) beteween 15 mins at flameout.

and mash at 150. And then use an English yest (I'm partial to 1469, but Notty, SO4, 1318, 1968/002, 007, whatever, they'll all work).

Thanks, I will probably brew this tomorrow. That should clean things out.

Simple.

I will keep posting pictures like these that most of you can't stand until you all abandon ship, and the elusive jacket will be mine (might just take me a little longer to get it).

Good eye.

Every time I smashed my head off the curb while learning to skateboard, my grandma would just smear some of her aloe plant on my face and send me back outside. Love that plant. And I'm really just trying to stay conscious for this last hour or so. The anticipation of drinking good beer for the first time this week is killing me.

Me too, but mine looks different than yours. One of us must have done something wrong :)

Well I'll be damned.

Who wasn't wearing the facemask and no shirt and covering themselves in sanitizer?

Haven't you seen the TSA videos? You need to be in a clean dustless room or your WILL get an infection and your beer will be ruined and turn out the wrong color...
