Really don't want to do any work today. Just staring at the study guide and not studying. Why isn't it lunch time yet?

To stay off topic I'm drinking ice cold coffee.

Sexiest 'tops around. Pretty festive.

My great grandmothers tops were in the same vein. Nice to see a vintage top up in here. Bringing back fond memories of some deadly ass fried foods. Papaw could fry a birthday cake and it'd be amazing.

Water on the same desk from earlier. Boot shopping was a bust. Guess I'm ordering my boots online.

Not to go off topic, but how much are you digging that one? I loved the ZD clone... One of my best beers.

It's good but needs some improvement.

The aroma and flavor are nice and strong (and getting stronger as the keg hops do their thing) but I would have preferred it a bit more bitter. I was using 2014 crop Citra and I'm not sure how correctly they were stored. I fear their AA% is somewhat lower than I had calculated for.

Still a tasty beverage but missed the mark a bit. I can send some your way if you want. Be interested in getting a died-in-the-wool hop-head's perspective.

I've put a plan in place for my next IPA to pup the ante somewhat. Installed a whirlpool arm in my BK. An Xmas present to myself. This my first effort at a hop stand and I think I should have gone warmer and longer with it.

It's all Citra but the grain bill is different to the ZD clone.

TL, DR : Not sure. Must try harder

Muppet. Grilled or fried, either way is fine by me.

I don't remember the last time I had black pudding. It's been a LOOOOOOOOONG time. I don't think I ever had white pudding. Definitely never had the Taiwanese version.

There's got to be someone on your side of the pond selling this stuff. http://www.sausagemaking.org/acatalog/Black_Pudding_-_The_Complete_Mix.html Little bit of work but definitely worth it.

Mashing in on another batch. Small batch Brewers unite!

Sheesh. Why not just mash a full pot's worth. It's going to take the same amount of time and you'll have 5 cups of tea to drink. Granted the last 2 will be cold, you'll only want 1.5 but nonetheless, WTF, make a full pot. You call yourself a tea drinker. Is that even brewing. /rant
