If too much Hopslam has accumulated, I know of a nice home for it. ;)
Plus, I have the proper glassware that is sad because it hasn't held any Hopslam in a couple years.

Sounds like that glass needs a new home.

Fun brew this morning.

Kids asleep now. (nap time = beer time)

Lots of coffee and tea this morning. Got the jitters now.

Now that I'm reading more than just the ingredients on this recipe, it says to condition like 3 months in secondary with .25 oz. of bourbon soaked oak.

Think 2 weeks on 3 oz. soaked in Jameson will do it? In primary.

Coffee will be b the boil as prescribed, and cold press at bottling because I really enjoyed the punchy coffee note that gave me.

Aww hell in tipsy on one beer. Shoulda had a sammich.

O yeah two weeks will be good with new oak chips.

Brewing a Munchen Helles. Well, at least I hope I am. I have a few bags of malt in my Deutsche pile that I never labeled for some reason... probably was too lazy. I think I know which is the Munich, lol. Also have a few lbs of something pretty sweet... think it's a caramunich? Not sure. I'll probably never use it for fear of destroying a batch. Maybe just make a brown of some sort and use that for my crystal.

Did some shopping today. My local bottle shop had 2015 Darkness and 2015 BCBS and a bottle of Rye Abyss on the shelf. Same place I found a bottle of BA 2015 Darkness just sitting out last week. I've been lucky recently!

CARTWRIGHT, TABLE FOR FOUR!

Apparently he's in your neck of the woods somewhere. She was driving back to Ft Worth from somewhere in OK and ran into him. Apparently he was just standing there enjoying some sunshine.

@Gavbro, drinking an Alt right now. It's OK. A bit sweet for my tastes. Not sure if its the style or this particular brew... think this is only my 2nd Alt ever.

Tis Sunny round here today. Lovely brew day really.

Had a sammich. Having another beer I think.

I put in plenty of science. Gypsum, Calcium Chloride and Campden, Acidulated malt. That's four sciences. I also have 200 billions of yeasties to throw in there later. I'm not decocting though so it'll probably suck. I did inline mash it though. I might go extreme and cut the brewday down to just a few minutes.
