I am looking for a good clean fermentiing lager yeast...
Something that attenuates really well
Any suggestions?

The wyeast Heller Bock yeast fermented really clean, and dropped out without any problems for me. I love it.

Depends what you mean by "clean." If you mean "lack of fruitiness" then all lager yeasts, fermented in the right temperature range, should be clean. If you mean "highly attenuative", and less likely to leave a strong malt character, then that's different, and can be significantly affected by your mash schedule. IMO if you are looking for "clean" I'd probably avoid anything that discusses maltiness in its description.

I routinely use, in order of attenuation/cleanness (cleanest at top)

Wyeast 2042 Danish Lager
WLP 800 Czech Pilsner
WLP 833 Bock

I used to play with WLP 802, and would put that between the 2042, and 800, probably closer to 2042

I don't have a lot of experience with lager yeast, but I use SF lager yeast in my steam beers and house pale ale. I think it's pretty damn "clean"
